Scoop & Sip is where retro vibes meet seriously good treats. Inspired by the bold colors and carefree spirit of the 80’s, our family-run shop brings fun back into your day.
We offer soft serve, 24 premium hard ice cream flavors, sundaes, splits, shakes, floats and more. Sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free options are also available!
But we don’t stop at ice cream. Our menu also features freshly brewed coffee & cold brew and a wide selection of sodas and juices making it easy to find something for every mood—whether you’re cooling off, fueling up, or just treating yourself.

Our Story-Family Pride and 80’s Vibe
As Gen X’ers, we have always loved the bright colors, music, movies, and energy of the 1980s, and we wanted to create a shop that captures that same feeling.
Another big part of this dream was creating a business our family could build together. We wanted a place where our kids could be involved, learn, and grow alongside us.
Our youngest son, Andrew, loves 80s tunes and ice cream as much as we do! Being on the Autistic spectrum, the transition after high school presented its challenges, but Andrew found his stride here. Scoop & Sip gives him the opportunity to not only help create a business, but helps him to keep his inner child alive through the magic of sundaes and shakes. He brings his mad math and editing skills to Scoop and has been busy helping to create our digital menu!
Nicholas, our middle son, is excited to taste test the milkshake recipes and is our resident IT expert.
Michael, our oldest, is busy in the world of sports media covering the NY Jets, but promises to be our taste tester and back-up scooper!
